Living out of state I thought it would be difficult to find just the right place. Dan was consistently available via phone, zoom or in person. I'll never forget when I flew to Denver to look at a list of houses we'd compiled after a long day- I said I wanted to go back and see a particular house a 3rd time but along with a few friends. Dan was humble, patient and happy to go along. I didn't settle on that house but shortly thereafter, we found the perfect house.
